Please be informed that we have now discontinued the development of the WS Replay Above Line. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The main reason for discontinuing this module is because there are simply too many mails software out that don’t work/not compatible with the module. This makes it very difficult to fix each one of the software if I don’t have the software.
We can change it to any WHMCS Module that is comparable in price. Please let us know which WHMCS Module you choose or we can also credit the amount to your account so you can purchase any other module that is comparable in price. You can go to www.whmcsservices.com/whmcs.php to see the module you like to choose
If you have the source code then no credit or exchange of this module.
You need to respond within 72 hours before the license system is turned off and this offer be closed.

An issue has been identified in the 6.1.0 release - published on 01/04/2021, Client API, Pushover & Windows Port Table
This hotfix applies only to 6.1.0
Resolution
We are releasing a hot-fix patch that introduces logic to handle this scenario.
Applying the HotFix
To apply the fix, download the zip file from the link above. Extract the contents and uploaded to \modules\

Installing Cancellation Ticket s is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:
1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES
3) In the addon modules page, you will see the Cancellation Ticket click activate then click configure to see the options
4) ) You can access your module at 'Addons' → 'Cancellation Ticket'
5) Enter the details
When you do a test make sure that you do not login as admin. Logout and test the module as a client

A Quick Note on Holiday Hours
We know that despite it being the Christmas season, businesses do not stop and as such -- the support team at WHMCS Services will be available throughout the festive period.
Support operations will be limited on 30th and 31st December but will resume to normally scheduled service on 4th January 2021.
Custom work will return on 4th January 2021.
Thank you all for making 2020 such a great year for us! We’re looking forward to continually improving our software development in 2021 with additional features and more stable releases so that you can run your business more smoothly.
In the next couple of weeks, we’ll be releasing NEW modules as well as NEW VERSIONS of WS Modules. Also, working on a new website.

Installing Server Monitoring is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:
1. Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2. Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings >ADDON MODULES
3. In the addon modules page you will see the Server Monitoring click activate then click configure to see the options
4. You can access your module at 'Addons' → ‘Server Monitoring’ then you setup everything you need.
5. Create a product from the admin panel (Configuration > System Settings > Products/Services). Select module type as ServerMonitoring. Choose the drop-down button. Make sure you uncheck Require Domain
6. You can access your module as “Product Addons ‘ (Configuration > System Settings > Products Addons) → Select module type as ServerMonitoring. Choose the drop-down button.
7. You can access your module as “Configurable Options ‘→ Configuration > System Settings > Products/Services > Configurable Options more information here
8. External Monitoring
The file checkStatus.php is used for external monitoring locations and should be uploaded to different servers in order to add new locations to the monitoring.
1. Upload checkStatus.php to another server
2. You need to login to your WHMCS Admin area and then go to the Server Monitoring module from the Addons Tab
3. Now you need to add a location by going to Management -> Locations -> Add Locations
4. The URL is the URL to the checkStatus.php (For example if your URL is http://domain.com/checkStatus.php then the URL is http://domain.com/checkStatus.php)
5. Enter your location name and description
- All done, you have now set up a location
