Affiliates by admin: To become affiliates by activating via admin
Affiliates Activation Request: This box to allow clients to request activation request when activating is just via admin
Affiliates Activation Department: Affiliates Activation Request Ticket Department
Hide Client Name: Hide part of names referred by affiliate on the affiliate account
Only New Clients: Limit affiliate referral bonus to only new clients
