Why is it Taking so Long to Release Updates for WS Server Monitoring - whmcsservices - 11-20-2019 Hello, First, I want to thank you very much for having been a user of our WS Server Monitoring. We hope you have found it useful for your business. Second, let me apologize for the delayed in releasing the updates for WS Server Monitoring. I am sorry that it is taking so long to release updates. In the last two (2) months I have to experience an acute shortage of developers. In particular, my main developer has been answering tickets as well as being busy with other programmers; plus the WS Server Monitoring module. You can see that we are already developing the beta stage and a couple of clients have already reported bug -- and for that I thank you. The more I have beta testers the better the module with fewer bugs. You can see what feature my team has added at here. I am hoping to release the updates this month. I assure you that within a few weeks everything should be back to normal and with the speedy response on tickets and developers implementing changes. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I fix all the reported/feature bugs -- it is greatly appreciated. Again, we appreciate your business and look forward to successfully assisting you with automating your operations as well as providing you with features that help drive your business. We will also continue to provide you with expert technical support in times of need. Thanks again for choosing WHMCS Services. We appreciate your business! Sincerely, Andy |
