We have changed the module folder to support_pin because they alot module have the same old name. It was cost problem with my update manager module.

You need to do the following:

1) You need to deactivate the old Support Pin Module complete and delete all.
2) Then upload the new module
3) Activate the module in WHMCS via the Configuration > System Settings > Addon Modules. You will see the Support Pin click activate and add your key, then click configure to see the options.

Installing Support Pin is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Activate the module in WHMCS via the Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES screen. You will see the Support Pin click activate then click configure to see the options

Please note: Do not forget to press Configure and choose the Admin Role Groups who are permitted to have access to the Module.
3) Log in to your WHMCS admin area and edit the administrator role permission settings

There are 5 permissions for the Support Pin

1- Log in to your WHMCS admin area and edit the administrator role

Setup > Staff Management > Administrator Role

There are 5 permissions for the Support Pin,

You need to add Administrator Roles for permissions

2 - You can access your module at 'Addons' → ‘Support Pin’ they you setup everything you need.

Hexa Extra Template

You can edit header.tpl file (header.tpl.new can be renamed to header.tpl in overrides folder). Overrides folder will help with keeping customization during updates.
The navbar li item can be duplicated and customized for your needs.

Support Pin

Version 4.5.x you don't need to edit any template you can do of the Hexa Extra Menu
