Installing GDPR Tools is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES
3) In the addon modules page you will see the GDPR Tools click activate then click configure to see the options
4) You can access your module at 'Addons' → 'GDPR Tools'

Client Data Retention:
This will automatically remove "empty" client profiles x days after the registration date. That means it will DELETE the account -- including product, invoice, domain, and ticket.
If the client has any active accounts like affiliates or open invoices, it will not delete them.

Client Deletion Handling
Allow clients to delete their account x day. That means in x days it deletes the account but it opens a ticket first so you and the client can email each other to see why the account was deleted.

1. So if a client buys something and later on, the account gets deleted, would that affect the reports for income in the admin area since the invoice was deleted with the account?
ANS: Yes, if invoice with a transaction is deleted then it should not be shown.

2.Can you tell me what is deleted when a client request for deletion?

3. Will all possible data be removed?

4. What about services? Will they be unprovisioned as well?

ANS: It's working with WHMCS delete client API and deleting everything of client
